It’s hard to put into words just how incredible our day was at Santa Pod Raceway for the Revv’d Up event — but we’ll try!

From the moment we arrived, the energy was electric. The day was packed with up-close access to drag racing, supercars, and hypercars, giving us the rare chance to get right next to some of the world’s most powerful machines. Whether you’re a motorsport fanatic or just love the thrill of speed, this event had something for everyone.

The highlight of the day? Without question, it was seeing the FireForce 3 Jet Funny Car tear down the strip at over 270mph. The raw power, the speed, and the deafening roar of that jet engine left us absolutely speechless. It’s one of those things you simply have to witness in person to truly appreciate — no video or photo can capture the intensity of that moment.

We also had the chance to chat with a number of friendly racing drivers, many of whom were more than happy to answer questions and let the kids take a closer look at their cars. The stall holders added to the atmosphere too — from racing gear to model cars and motorsport merch, it felt like a mini festival dedicated to all things automotive.

Santa Pod never fails to deliver a brilliant day out, and Revv’d Up took it to another level. For families, petrolheads, and photographers alike, it was a day full of noise, speed, smiles, and unforgettable memories.
